🎚️ Services Offered

These Terms cover the following services:

  • Live Sound Mixing (FOH & Monitor)
  • Live Sound Recording
  • Studio Recording
  • Mixing & Mastering

All services are provided by Csaba Gergely as an independent contractor.

πŸ“‹ Scope of Work & Additional Services

Only services clearly selected during the booking process or agreed upon in writing will be provided.
If additional work is requested that falls outside the originally agreed scope β€” such as monitor mixing, stagehand duties,
technical setup, or any other tasks not previously confirmed β€” the Contractor:

  • is not obligated to perform these services, and
  • may charge additional fees at their discretion if such services are accepted.

Please specify all required services clearly at the time of booking.

πŸ’³ Payment Schedule

  • Live Sound & Recording: Payment is due immediately after the session.
  • Mixing:
    • 20% deposit to confirm the booking
    • 30% due after receiving the first mix
    • Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final mixes
  • Mastering: Payment is due upon delivery.

No deliverables will be released until the agreed payments are received.

πŸ” Revisions & Edits

  • Mixing & mastering include 2 revisions per song.
  • Extra revisions: €10 each.
  • Sending additional tracks after mixing starts may incur a €20 flat fee or trigger a pricing tier upgrade.
  • Revisions do not include new track additions or structural changes.

πŸ“¦ Deliverables

  • Final deliverables include high-quality WAVs (and MP3s on request).
  • Rough demos may be provided for feedback before final delivery.
  • Deliverables are considered complete once final payment is made.

🧠 Ownership & Usage

  • The client owns the final mixes/masters upon full payment.
  • Raw recordings and session files remain the property of the contractor, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

πŸ“ Travel & Equipment

  • Travel within 20 km of Ε tΓΊrovo is included.
  • Beyond that, a travel fee of €0.30/km applies.
  • Equipment for live recording and mixing is provided by the contractor unless otherwise discussed.

πŸ›‘ Cancellations & Scope Changes

  • If you cancel after work has started, you’re responsible for payment for all completed work to date.
  • Major changes (e.g., new songs or services) require a new agreement.
  • The contractor may decline changes that disrupt the schedule or workflow.

πŸ•’ Cancellation / Rescheduling

Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to
50% of the estimated cost.

⏳ Late Payment

Invoices are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Delayed payments may incur a late fee of 5% after 14 days.

πŸ’Ύ File Storage

Project files will be stored for up to 60 days after final delivery.
Please ensure you back up your final files.

πŸ‘· Contractor Status

Services are provided independently. This agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

βš–οΈ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England, while also observing Slovak law for on-site work conducted in Slovakia.
