ABOUT

Hey, I’m Csaba
About Me ๐ง
Helping artists sound their best โ on stage, in the studio, and everywhere in between.
Iโm Csaba, an Audio Engineer with a deep passion for capturing real, emotional performances. Whether itโs recording a youth orchestra, mixing a live band in a dusty parking lot, or helping an indie artist polish their first EP โ I bring technical precision, creative instinct, and a no-nonsense approach to every project.
But hereโs the thing:
This site isnโt about my gear or degrees (though Iโve got both).
Itโs about you โ the artist, the musician, the creator โ and what we can build together.
๐ What you can expect:
โ
Professional sound โ from recording and live mixing to mastering that hits right.
โ
Clear communication โ Iโll guide you through the process, no fluff or jargon.
โ
Tailored service โ Every project is different, and I treat it that way.
โ
Support beyond sound โ Need help preparing your session? Organising your stems? Planning your live setup? Iโm here for that too.
โ๏ธ A quick backstory (if you’re curious):
-
๐ Studied Audio Engineering at SAE London (2010) and completed an Electronic &Electrical Engineering Master’s at UCL (2018)
-
๐จโ๐ง Been with Solid State Logic (SSL) since 2018 โ first soldering and repairing hardware, now testing full console systems, plugins, and software
-
๐๏ธ Started live sound at my old guitar teacher’s, Johnnie Shepperd’s sound company back in 2018 – later also mixed his album with Dorrey Lin Lyles (in my portfolio)
-
๐ธ Assisted Red Hot Chili Peppers at their 2016 O2 Arena shows in London
-
๐ค Random story: messaged Bryan Adams after a gig… and ended up recording demos in his home studio ๐คฏ
-
๐ง My biggest example in live sound is Dave Rat, the legendary RHCP live engineer and founder of Rat Sound Systems in California. Iโm part of his private YouTube circle where we do regular calls and Q&A and talk about everything audio and beyond.
-
๐งโ๐ป Active member of Mix With The Masters
-
๐ค Dream: Work at Coachella.
๐ค Why this matters to you:
All of this experience translates to one thing:
Youโll get someone who takes your music seriously.
Iโve worked with legends and beginners, toured arenas, recorded orchestras, built studios, and tested the gear that powers top-tier sound at Sidney Orchestra House, Google and even Apple HQ. I know what โgreatโ should feel like โ and I want that for your project too.
If youโre ready to capture that sound in your head and make it real, letโs work.
๐ Letโs talk โ no pressure, just a chat about your goals.
